Sharpen Up! Dance Team Training – Course Membership Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sharpen Up! Dance Team Training (“Sharpen Up DTT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) membership platform, course materials, and related online services (collectively, the “Membership”). By enrolling in or accessing the Membership, you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms in full.

1. Membership Access & Usage Rights

• Your Membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, limited license to access the online courses, videos, guides, downloads, and related content made available through the Sharpen Up DTT platform.
  
  
• Membership content is intended exclusively for individual educational and personal development purposes.
  
  
• You may not share, distribute, reproduce, resell, or publicly display any content without prior written consent from Sharpen Up DTT.
  
  
• Any material learned or derived from the Membership that is used for a public performance, choreography, or posted to social media must include proper credit to Sharpen Up! Dance Team Training (@sharpenupdtt) in the caption or description.
  
  
• Violation of these usage rights may result in immediate termination of Membership access without refund.
  
  

2. Membership Options, Billing & Renewal

• The Membership is available in two paid options:
  
  
  • Monthly Plan: $17.00 per month, billed automatically every 30 days.
    
    
  • Annual Plan: $147.00 per year, billed automatically every 12 months.
    
    
• There are no free trial periods offered. Access begins immediately upon payment.
  
  
• All payments are processed automatically through the payment method provided at checkout.
  
  
• Memberships will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless successfully canceled prior to the renewal date.
  
  
• It is the Member’s responsibility to maintain accurate billing information and manage renewal status before the next payment cycle.
  
  

3. Cancellation Policy

• Members may cancel their Membership at any time by physically selecting “Abandon” within their account settings.
  
  
• Cancellations submitted after a renewal date will apply to the next billing cycle.
  
  
• Upon cancellation, Members will retain full access to all paid Membership content until the end of the current paid period.
  
  
• After the paid period expires, all Membership access will automatically terminate.
  
  

4. Refund Policy

• All sales are final.
  
  
• Due to the digital nature and immediate accessibility of our online materials, no refunds or partial credits will be issued for any reason, including cancellations, unused time, or accidental renewals.
  
  
• By purchasing a Membership, you acknowledge and agree to these terms of non-refundable payment.
  
  

5. Content Updates & Membership Value

• Sharpen Up DTT periodically releases new courses, lessons, and resources throughout the year.
  
  
• Members on the annual plan receive uninterrupted access to all updates and new content at the best overall value.
  
  
• The scope and frequency of content releases may vary, and access to new material is included for all active, paid Members.
  
  

6. Intellectual Property

• All content within the Membership — including but not limited to videos, written materials, choreography, training programs, and graphics — is the exclusive property of Sharpen Up! Dance Team Training and protected under U.S. and international copyright laws.
  
  
• Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or redistribution of any Membership material is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
  
  

7. Modifications to Membership or Terms

• Sharpen Up DTT reserves the right to modify or discontinue any portion of the Membership, including pricing, features, or course availability, at any time.
  
  
• Updates to these Terms will be posted on our website. Continued access or participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
  
  

8. Limitation of Liability

• Sharpen Up DTT shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in or reliance on information provided within the Membership.
  
  
• The Membership is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
